What makes our rigs
4 season, off-grid capable?
Heating: we use an Aquahot hydronic heating system for heat and instant hot water that is run on your vehicle’s fuel source, and all combustion takes place outside of the vehicle—so no need to stop for propane, and no worry of carbon monoxide inside!
Cooling: we use Cruise N Comfort AC units that are ducted and installed inside for continuous cool air throughout the rig, and no roof space is compromised for the comfort of AC!
Power: we use a 48v Lithionics power system with a Nation’s secondary alternator, and solar panels, so you can charge your battery while you drive and keep your battery topped off with the sun…staying off-grid for as long as you like!
Water: our vans have a 21 gallon fresh water tank with an optional 20 gallon tank…giving you up to 41 gallons of fresh water on board your rig!
Fuel: our vans can be upgraded with a long range fuel tank, giving you 47 gallons of fuel, to power your heat and hot water longer, and giving you farther between fill-ups!

What Exactly Is R-12 Insulation
Most RV manufacturers use dense polyfoam block foam insulation that ranges between R-5 to R-7 in their RV sidewalls while our Total Composite truck campers use R-12 solid foam panels for construction of our campers.
The insulation above your ceilings, below your floors, and behind your walls is responsible for keeping the heat outside your home during summer and inside during winter.
How well it handles this task depends on its R-value — the capacity to resist heat flow. The higher the R-value of insulation, the better it insulates per inch of thickness.
An insulation’s R-value is vital for a campers comfort and efficiency. Higher R-values resist heat flow better and reduce energy loss, so match R-values to your climate, using higher ones in colder regions. Do not skimp on insulation when building or renovating since long-term utility savings offset the up-front cost of your camper.
